  • Meme tokens,
  • Exchange-issued or exchange-affiliated tokens, and
  • Nascent or early-stage utility tokens (collectively, “High-Risk Tokens”).

By proceeding to trade any High-Risk Tokens on Hata Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the risks set out below.

You acknowledge and understand that High-Risk Tokens:

  • May have limited or no intrinsic value, functional utility, or established use case, and may not deliver any long-term economic benefit.
  • May derive their value primarily from market sentiment, speculation, social media trends, or promotional activity, rather than underlying fundamentals.
  • May be issued by early-stage, experimental, or unproven projects, which may change materially or fail to develop as intended.
  • May be subject to extreme price volatility, with prices capable of rising or falling sharply over short periods, including the risk of a total or near-total loss of value.
  • May have limited liquidity, meaning you may not be able to sell or exit your position when desired, or at a price you expect.
  • May have concentrated ownership, where a small number of holders, insiders, or affiliated parties control a significant portion of the token supply, and whose actions may materially impact market prices.
  • Are more susceptible to market manipulation, including pump-and-dump schemes and coordinated trading behaviour.
  • May be affected by regulatory changes, trading restrictions, or delisting, and there is no guarantee that any hard forks, airdrops, or related entitlements will be supported or credited by the platform.
