Formerly a lawyer in Malaysia, he led Luno's Asia Pacific operations (2018–2023), scaling its business across 4 markets and serving over 2 million customers.

KK, an accomplished CTO, has a strong record in blockchain and crypto trading. He has led complex IT solutions, helped launch licensed exchanges in Indonesia and Singapore, and built secure crypto payment systems in Southeast Asia. The Hata platform is proudly developed by KK and his Malaysian team.
Darien Ng

Chief Strategy Officer
Darien, with 15 years of experience in senior roles across business development, marketing, and product management, holds a B.Eng from RMIT University, Australia. He has excelled in product marketing and engineering at Nokia, Alcatel-Lucent, Ericsson, and Huawei across China and the Asia Pacific.
